According to Kevin Taylor, a Ghanaian United States-based broadcast journalist known for criticizing the current government on It's policies and his support for the National Democratic Party, NDC, the previous President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama was never a corrupt politician.
Yesterday evening, he said on his show dubbed “With All Due Respect Extended” that, comparing the National Democratic Party’s governance to that of the New Patriotic Party, he can boldly say that John Mahama wasn't a corrupt himself despite some of his appointees where corrupt and when he asks any Ghanaian tell him any corrupt act of John Mahama with evidence that person will not get.
He also claimed on his show that President Nana Akufo Addo is rather the most corrupt President of all times because there are pieces of evidence such as the exporting of 2.6 billion dollars worth of gold from Ghana from 2017 to 2018, where small scale mining was banned. He concluded that with all these pieces of evidence in the face of the President, he claims he hasn’t seen them.
What do you make of these points raised by Kevin Taylor, which of these governments is more corrupt according to your assessment?
