After a Private Legal Practitioner, Lawyer Martin Kpebu, was interviewed on JoyNews this morning, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has had a busy day.
Recall that Attorney Kpebu said President Nana Akufo-Addo is a member of a criminal organization because of his silence over the numerous claims of corruption.
Numerous prominent New Patriotic Party (NPP) members have responded to the statement since the news was released. The first was Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Minister of Information. He holds JoyNews liable for airing the material.
Mr. Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, a prominent New Patriotic Party member, also responded to the comments made by Attorney Kpebu.
The NDC Lawyer, according to him, has been acting like the NDC Chairman for the Kpandai constituency. Mr. Nkansah claims that the lawyer was only assisting him in gaining support from his community since he planned to run for the constituency seat.
According to Kofi Owusu Nkansah "It appears that Martin Kpebu is getting ready to run for the NDC's nomination for the Kpandai parliamentary seat in 2024. It makes sense why he would act like an NDC Chairman in a stronghold."
