Communication minister, Hon Ursula Owusu Ekufful today led a team of police and National Security Intelligence Operatives to storm the premises of Thunder TV and Ice1 TV to shut them down after broadcasting illegal contents without license
The team led by Ursula Owusu arrested the offenders including Patience Asiedua popularly known as Nana Agradaa and seized all his equipment she uses in operation. He so called gods she use to advertise her sika gari on the television which she claims multiplies money was seized by the communication minister.
Ursula Owusu handed her to the police where she was taken into custody for further investigation. Meanwhile, Ursula Owusu warned that if she finds guilty, her so called gods will be confiscated and she will be shut down completely from Operation.
This is to serve as a deterrent to others who might want to follow her footsteps. She further warned any television stations which broadcast contents which may affect public order l, public morality and rights and reputation of others will face the same fate as Nana Agradaa
