Ghana Education service GES has finally announced the date for teachers and non teaching staff to return to school for academic work to continue
according to the management of Ghana Education service (GES) actions have been taken towards the successful completion of the long term negotiations between the Government of Ghana and organized labor on the cost of living allowances( COLA)
This statement has been signed by the Director general of Ghana Education service (GES) Prof. Kwesi Amankwa the service has also taken note on the announcement of pre- tertiary education unions calling off the strike effective 14th , July, 2022.
Following the call off the industrial strike by teachers of the teachers union on Thursday 14th july GES has directed all the regional directors of education to ensure that both teaching and non- teaching staff of the service with their respective regions return to school on Monday, 18th July, 2022 and start full academic work
