Celebrated GhOne TV presenter Serwaa Amihere is trending on the he social media sites Twitter over a series of thread she posted on actress Rosemond Brown, popularly known as Akuapem Poloo's court case over a nude picture she posted of her and her son on social media about a year ago.
In the series of thread Serwaa Amihere posted, she raised issues of what Ghanaians wanted the court to do with the #freeAkuapemPoloo movement on Twitter, to what the understanding of pleading guilty meant.
In her opinion, she was stating the facts according to the law, however, this did not sit down well with a lot of Ghanaians on social media who are lambasting her for her insensitive posts. Some celebrities including Reggie Rockstone joined in rebuking Serwaa over her post.
However, a section of Ghanaians also seem to get the sense in what Serwaa Amihere posted and came to her rescue to defend her. This included Bridget Otoo who stated that she doesn't see anything wrong in what Serwaa Amihere posted.
The conversation still continues, do you agree with Serwaa Amihere on this one or you think she's being insensitive. Share your thoughts in the comment section and follow me as well.
