Following the ongoing election petition proceedings, Communication officer for National Democratic Congress (NDC) Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi has burst out his dissatisfaction in the supreme court of Ghana. After their application filed to inspect EC documents was dismissed.

According to Sammy, the Supreme Court has been fair to them after an application filed to inspect the Electoral Commission documents was dismissed. He added this is the third something like this has happened. According to him the explanation gave by the led lawyer is very relevant and the court should accept.

Mr Sammy Gyamfi speaking in an interview on Asempa FM a program called Ekosii Sen. Revealed we they don't have the necessary documents Electoral Commission used to declare the results and they cannot continue the hypocrisy and double-standard of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) he simmered.

He added in 2012 NPP didn't bring any documents they rely on the EC who was Afari Gyan for their figures. So why is it not allowed at their time?

He said the documents comprised the fundamental constituency presidential election outcome collation forms for all constituencies, regional presidential election overview sheets for all regions, constituency presidential election results overview sheet and the statement of the presidential results form.
