Simple ways to prevent body odor

Body odor is the worst. It's embarrassing, it's gross, and it can ruin an otherwise awesome day.

So how do you stop yourself from smelling like you've been marinating in a vat of old sweat? Here are some tips to help you keep your pits dry and your body odor-free.

1. Wear deodorant

This one is a no-brainer, but it works! There are tons of different kinds of deodorants out there, so find one that works for you. If you're prone to sweating a lot or getting smelly underarms, then try an antiperspirant—these should be able to help with both those issues. And if you're looking for something that smells nice, there are lots of fragrances available in deodorant form as well! You'll have to try them out to see which ones work best for you.

2. Take care of your clothes

You might not realize how much smell can come from your clothes until they're worn too many times without washing them! If you hang up your shirts after wearing them for a couple days straight without washing them in between wearings (which is totally okay), then they'll start smelling really bad pretty quickly--and nobody wants that!
