A member of the Communications team of the National Democratic Congress has revealed what will happen when EC boss, Mrs. Jean Mensa step in the witness boss to be cross examined.

The 2020 election petition case has not ended yet, and court proceedings are still in due course. The Witness for the National Democratic Congress has been crossed examined, but according to the lead counsel for the petitioner in the recent court proceedings, there is still one more witness for the petitioner.

Meanwhile the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of the Republic of Ghana, Mrs. Jean Mensa is yet to step into the witness box to be cross examined by the lead counsel of the petitioner, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata.

According to a member of the NDC’s communication team, Jean Mensa will be exposed by Tsatsu Tsikata during the cross examination exercise by the lead counsel for the petitioner.

Kojo Dankwa recently on Peace FM (The platform) admitted that, “it has come to light that, the total votes cast’s figures are of four different figures now and thus, which one should be worked with?” He further added that, the National Democratic Congress has a clear case and very soon, Ghanaians will see all what the EC did wrong just to make Akufo-Addo the president of the Republic of Ghana.

He further added that, they are waiting patiently for Tsatsu Tsikata to cross examine Jean Mensa and there Ghanaians will see what happens.

According to Kojo Dankwa, he is trying to mean that, Ghanaians will get to know all the errors that went on with the Electoral Commission and still, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was declared as the winner of the 2020 presidential election.
