A group of people have been arranged in a tricycle as if the the tricycle was made for passengers. This is extremely dangerous some Ghanaians asked whether the Ghana Police Service are not that road. Looking at the picture below, you can see that the tricycle is actually on an asphalt road and not a village dusty road.
This small tricycle has about 9 to 11 people including women and children. The owner have used wooden board as seat for the passengers and they have been caged as 'goods' being sent to the market to be sold. With any little imbalance in a sharp curve will be very fatal for all the passengers in this tricycle.
Some Ghanaians also said that it is not the will and joy of this people to use this tricycle as a means of transportation, it might be the only form of transportation in their community. In view of this, some Ghanaians suggested that instead of Parliament approving about GHS 28 million to purchase new V8s for the 275 Members of Parliament, they should rather consider developing our transportation sector for the betterment of all Ghanaians.
This is so sad that these people who voted for MPs will be going through these hardships as their MPs think of luxurious life for themselves.
