The Dormaa District Police command is still investigating circumstance which led to the death of an old woman in an accident. The District crime officer Mr Dennis Kofi Ansong explained that, they received Call that a tax cab has crushed under a Timber truck on the Dormaa Nkrankwanta main road.
RESCUERS AT THE ACCIDENT SCENE
According to him, the driver is still in coma with one person ( The old woman) who was sitting in the front seat dead. Eye witness who Was also in the taxi explained to media men that, it was raining when the accident happened. The wiper of the taxi was not working. Again they told the driver to slow down which he obliged.
" When we got to the forest reserve curve, the accident happened. We Don't even know how it happened. Thanks to God that those of us sitting at the back seat survived " The passenger Kusi Diamono explained in tears.
The body of the dead old woman has been deposited at the Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital.
