The Ghana Education Service is going to organize a 3-day workshop for teachers across the length and breadth of the country.
According to Mrs. Patty E. A. Assan, the Director of Schools and Instructions, the objective of the workshop is to equip French teachers with the requisite knowledge and competence in developing the major day-to-day communicative skills of the learners
The month of July will be used to organize the said workshop for teachers. To be specific, the programme begins on July 12 to August 7,2021.
Category of teachers
The target group to undergo the workshop is all French teachers teaching in the various public schools, all parts of the country.
However, Regional CREF Heads and facilitators will have a 1-day online refresher course on July 5,2021.
The workshop will be organized in sessions. Each training session will last for three (3) days.
Number of participants
The number of participants per session is twenty-four (24) persons.
The training is to be supervised by the various regional directors of Education for the smooth running of the programme.
The GES has released funds to all regional CREF accounts to organize the upcoming workshop.
