A 45years older, Twumasi reportedly Poisoned his two wives and three children in Nkronua, near Bibiani in the Western North Region. It reports that, the 45years old man hanged himself after killing his two wives and children.
An eye witness who spoke to our reporter, Mr Stephen Atto, told as what he saw. According to him, Twumasi used to be a very good and hard working man, but his behavior suddenly changed after his 12 years old girl got missing some months ago. According to the eye witness, the 45years old man had been quarreling with his two wives over the incident since. He even threatened them to find the child, else, they will all join the missing child.
On Thursday afternoon, Twumasi went to Bibiani and bought bread, wakye, and some gari for his family. Two hours after they ate the bread and wakye, they all collapsed and were carried to Bibiani Government Hospital. Unfortunately, the two wives and three children who ate the food died after all.
The husband also hanged himself after killing five family members. The body of the 45years old man has been sent to the mortuary where the other bodies are kept this morning.
