Police at Dansoman have arrested five suspect in involved in fake money dealings. The suspects, Akwasi Boateng, popularly known in Dansoman as Honourable, Micheal Marfo Ohene, also popularly known across the Dansoman township as Ghost, Bismarck Tawiah, Richard Walker and Prince Nketia were arrested in their hide out in a hotel in Dansoman in the greater Accra region.
After their arrest, police intelligence was able to retrieve bundles of dollars from these criminals. They retrieve bundles of dollars, cedis, cefa and other currencies which they were able to release for their dealings.
The police were able to also retrieve pistol from these criminals, they also found ice chest mixed with Powder from them. They were traced and arrest on Tuesday, June 29th, 2021 at the hotel in Dansoman.
The good works of the Ghana Police Service cannot be overlooked as they have been hard on criminals eliminating them one by one. They however also urged the general public to report any crime incidence as soon as they encounter it to the nearest police station to help curb the criminal activities in the country
