Garlic Butter Rice is the perfect side for any meal.


6-8 cloves garlic

2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 ½ teaspoons garlic minced

4 tablespoons butter

1½ cups white rice

2 ½ cups chicken broth

¼-½ cup scallions finely sliced

Heat oil in an large pot over medium warmth. Add garlic cuts and saute, moving continually, until brilliant and fresh. Move to paper towels to deplete. 

Spill out abundance oil then, at that point, return to the oven. 

Add 2 tablespoons margarine. Once liquefied, add garlic. Cook for 1 ½ minute or until the garlic begins to become light brilliant and the spread is very much mixed with garlic flavor. 

Add rice, mix to cover in garlic margarine.
