The third witness for the petitioner, John Dramani Mahama in the ongoing election petition case after he submitted his 32 page document. Robert Joseph Mettle Nunoo is expected to mount the witness box and testify today when the apex court resume hearing

On Friday, supreme court struck out some portion and paragraph of his witness statement based unanimous decision because those paragraphs lack basis in the law
Even though 23 paragraphs were objected, five were granted which includes paragraph 4, 5, 6, 7 and 18
Sitting will resume today around 10am to enable counsel for the Electoral Commission to cross examine the witness.
The witness in his 32 page document said the Electoral Commission boss, Jean Mensa lured him and his colleague to go outside to deliver a message to John Dramani Mahama and after they left, the electoral commission boss declared president Akufo Addo president without their consent
