Children like playing a lot with any object they came across and sometimes they don't even think of the consequences of playing with dangerous objects. The young boy in your picture has been recorded on camera having his head inside a metallic chair and many people after watching the video wondered how his head get into the chair in the first place.
Watching the screenshots from the video in this article, you can see that the hole in the chair through which his head entered is even smaller than his head. The parents and people at the place were all seen trying to get the little boy's head out of the chair. However, they couldn't because the whole looked too small for the boy's head to come of it.
The best option is to get a hacksaw blade to cut the metallic chair and get his head out of it. Some social media users after watching the video said that this is the reason why parents need to keep a close eye on their children. Others asked where the parents were when the child was playing with the chair.
