Have you ever had a bad day and someone special to you cuddled you so gently, and it looked like you were out in space? Cuddling is an outstanding way to feel comforted. Most of us have pets that are seen as best friends. It doesn’t have to only be for couples. My singles out there, can also get to feel cuddle once in a while by that special someone. Visualize an illustration, where you are in a team and play your favorite sport. Your team trains very hard to get to the top of every game.
When your team wins a match, and you all get together to celebrate with a big cuddle, the sense of calmness and warmth. Someone might ask; is cuddling the same as a hug? What do you think?
There is no right or wrong time for cuddling, but the most common time is experienced at the end of a long day. I’d love to share with you 3 benefits of cuddling:
1. Lowers blood pressure:
Did you know that cuddling is good for your health? Healthline says “high blood pressure is linked to heart disease and stroke, so regular cuddling should be part of any high blood pressure treatment plan”. Some of the causes of blood pressure are seen as stress and aging. Who says old people do not need to be cuddled? Everyone has the right to experience such amazing activity. When a close friend, parent, partner or someone you really care about is stressed, cuddle them. It doesn’t necessarily have to be on a bed, the couch or the floor can also be possible. Don’t have negative thoughts and be glad you are there to be of help.
2. Aids in the betterment of sleep:
When two sisters have a fight and the other isn’t able to sleep, if the other comes closer and draws her sister closer to her, in a twinkle of an eye, the worried sister would be fast asleep. Every so often, we worry too much that the only thing that can be done is a nice warm cuddle. Then the next morning, you feel so refreshed and happy to start another day.
3. Helps relieves pain:
Try this activity: when you are depressed, cuddle someone special to you, and experience how it magically places a smile, on your face. This can be done in the form of therapeutic touch, which by my own understanding, is the method of a natural healing to an individual.
