4. Do yoga. It's good for you and your baby to get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. You don't necessarily have to do enormous workouts. Doing yoga at a time interval is a low-impact fitness routine that can help you boost your temperament and sleep, increase your strength and prevent you from other common symptoms of pregnancy.
