One of the most sacred aspects of a woman's life is her menstrual cycle. When a woman's intimate organ bleeds for a few days throughout her menstrual cycle, this is known as her period. For the most part, it only lasts for a few days at most. While for most women, this occurs every 28 days, it is typical for periods to be irregular.
Many women can tell whether their bodies are ready for pregnancy by their menstrual cycle. Symptoms including heavy bleeding, abdominal pain, headaches, and exhaustion are common at this time for many women. There is, however, no risk of infection. There is a slew of blunders that women do today that can raise their period-related infection risk. However, I'm going to share with you three bad behaviors that every woman should avoid if she wants to stay healthy in this post.
The following are some examples.
1. Too Much Pad Wearing.
According to "Mayor Clinic", It's a common practice for women to wear pads for long periods without realizing that the moisture trapped inside the pad can serve as an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and fungus. This can lead to an infection, including a yeast infection. The unpleasant pad rash can also be caused by a wet pad and friction, which might make you more vulnerable to infection.
Many women like a glass of wine or other alcoholic beverages during their period, but research has shown that this can hurt your hormone levels. According to "WebMD", Alcohol can enhance the body's estrogen and testosterone production. Premenstrual syndrome symptoms can be worsened by excessive use of one or both.
3. Prepared Meals.
When you're having a period, it's best to steer clear of processed meals. Cramps can be made worse by food additives. Inflammation in the body can be exacerbated by trans fats, also known as hydrogenated oils, which are added to processed meals. Prevent problematic period symptoms by eating more whole foods, lean proteins, fruits, and veggies.
