Wonders in this world shall never end as the saying goes. What will be the crime of a baby who doesn't know anything to suffer this way. Information that was monitored on Angel News by Ahomka.News indicated that, a young lady who just delivered put a baby inside a polythene bag and threw the baby away. This sad incident happened at Akyem Nyewoa, a small town between Nsawam and Asamankese in the Eastern Region.
According to the reports, this woman who delivered a newly born baby immediately wrap the baby and put inside a basket. She was carrying the baby like someone who is selling something. When she reached a place where she thought no one was watching her, she quickly dumped the baby and bolted.
The wickedness on her part was that, after perpetrating such a mischievous act, she refused to untie the polythene the baby was inside and left the baby to suffocate. Unfortunately for her, people were suspicious of her actions so they decided to monitor and follow her without knowing. She was then caught and sent to the police station but she was still denying. Since it was a fresh delivery, they saw blood dripping from her which gave them the enough evidence to put her behind bars.
It was then that she accepted and decided to confess. According to her, the man who impregnated her didn't take care of her and made her to suffer. She is not receiving any special treatment from him and she can't also cater for the child so the best way is to dump the baby. The lady is since at the Asamankese Police Station while the baby is also receiving treatment at the hospital.
