The current kidnapping case of the 9 months pregnant woman,Josephine Panyin Mensah and the lost of her alleged pregnancy have got several people, the media and even the lay man or woman talking. Everybody is talking about it and the reactions from the people in the Columbia township in Takoradi is even scary.
Someone who has also added her voice to the ongoing kidnapping case is Ghanaian popular actress, Lydia Forson. Lydia Forson seems to have been worried ever since the Ghana Police Service released the news that, Josephine was never pregnant.
And just today the news from the same service revealed that she has confessed that she was never pregnant nor was she even kidnapped.
This statement from the police service should have been enough to clear all doubts but it seems most people are still confused with this and that might have made Lydia Forson to comment about it.
She took to her twitter page to ask Ghanaians that, "So she faked a pregnancy for 9 months, faked her own kidnapping and faked a random. WHAT FOR?"
She also went ahead to ask "why would a family and the community go through such lengths. This case gets messier and even more bizarre by the day."
Lydia Forson's post seeks to find out the actual truth in what is happening about the kidnapping case. The fact that the family of Josephine and the community where she stays have boldly said she was pregnant and the police service is saying the opposite makes it more difficult to understand and follow the case.
