The MP for North Tongu, Okudzeto Ablakwa, has responded to the statement from the presidency stating the long "winding" statement did not answer his claims. He has therefore listed the set of questions he wants the Presidency to answer to Ghanaians.
Okudzeto wasn't impressed with the response from the presidency and therefore instead of the normal style, he has bulleted the question for easy understanding.
According to Okudzeto, the Akufo-Addo led government must understand that the public funds belong to the people and leaders have no choice but to be accountable to them. He added that it is most offensive and absolutely abominable that after 9 pages of two long winding statement, the presidency refused to his questions.
He has therefore listed the questions as follows
1. The cost of Akufo-Addo's Arabian King travels.
2. Who advise the president not to use the presidential jet for long-haul travels.
3. Why the choice of the most expensive Jets in the fleet of the last aviation companies so far contacted.
4. Why is government refusing to account to the people's Representatives in Parliament after I offered the minister of finance defence and national security golden opportunities with my parliamentary questions.
