Johnnie Hughes has urged the President of the republic of Ghana to make 'Umuofia' a better place this year. Speaking on TV3 Newday Program, Johnnie Hughes made it clear that some people wanted him sacked from media General because he always speak the truth. He added that, he is back to bring more fire and speak more truth in the coming days.
He added that, he is not in the studio to teach the president how to govern the country since the president is the one Ghanaians have entrusted power in him to do so. He explained that, his government has impact on him and all tax payers and for that matter he will speak against anything that doesn't seem well or any mismanagement of tax payer's money.
Umuofia is a word which many has tagged it to be the other name of Ghana. This name was made popular by Nigel Gaise during his Prophetic night on 31st December, 2021.
He made it clear that the president should make this year a better one for Umuofia in 2022.
Johnnie Hughes also made mention of the recent strikes and demonstrations in the country where the president seems not to care about. He added that, when this happen, it is his job to let the government hear the cry of the ordinary Ghanaians. Johnnie believes that, the individuals who brief the president about the state of the nation usually throw dust into the eyes of the president by telling him lies.
