The pictures saw Madam Jean Mensa wearing a neatly crafted yellow suit. She had a white inner to match. As intelligent and smart as she is, she was seen holding a pen in her hands. Perhaps she was taking notes of the proceedings.
Madam Jean Mensa is the current Electoral Commission boss for Ghana. She is noted for her Nice fashion sense and hardwork. Before her appointment as the Electoral Commission boss, she was the executive director for the lnstitute of Economic Affairs Ghana ( IEA, GHANA).
