According to the President, he respect the decision of Ghanaians and will never seek the extension of his mandate nor change the Constitution or make any attempts to subvert the will of the masses.
He also promised to hand over the sword of office to the mass acclaimed winner on 7th January, 2025. His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo also advised his colleague Presidents in the West African sub region to do same.
" I believe in Democracy and will never change the Constitution. I'll forever respect the two term mandate and hand over peacefully per the democratic preference of Ghanaians as enshrined in the Constitution " Nana Addo said.

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo is the democratically elected President of Ghana. He is the current Forbes Africa Presidential personality. Despite inheriting a devastating economy from his predecessors, he was able to reduce unemployment by putting over 100,000 graduates into a working module. Free SHS in Ghana is his achievement.
