Honorable John Jinapor represent the National Democratic Congress on the Good Morning Ghana Show on Metro TV. He was hosted by Randy Abby. On the discussion section, Honorable John Jinapor mocks the New Patriotic party NPP of their aim of breaking the 8. Breaking the 8 is common statement mostly from NPP members and executives to imply that, NPP will be in Power more than 8 years.
According to Honorable John Jinapor, there are two major factors which is going to help Dr Mahamadu Bawumia to break the eight as proclaim by NPP party Gurus. The two factors are, the prices of fuel and the rate at which the cedi is depreciating against the dollar.

"The cedi vis-a-vis the dollar and the price of a litre. The two are competing to see which one can beat Dr Bawumia in terms of breaking the eight. But if you look at where they are going and certainly, one is likely to break the eight which is the price of a litre. But the cedi will also follow." - John Jinapor stated.
