Ghanaian woman living abroad descends heavily on President Nana Akufo Addo over his recent comments about the perennial flooding in Accra.
In his speech at the meeting, H.E Nana Akufo Addo made comments about the recent flooding that occurred in Accra, and caused reactions on the net.
He said "Ghanaians are saying we want this, we want that. But the attitudinal change that will enable us to be able to bring value to these demands is always left out, up till today.
While ??? river is being drenched, there are still people at home who when the rains come, think that the easiest way to deal with dirt in their houses is to throw it out into gutters and others. Those things have to come to a stop. We all have to speak to each other in Ghana, to bring those things to a stop. Because if we don't, no matter the investment that we make, at the end of the day we'll be back to square one. And I'm not prepared to spend your money in that way again".
In a video that has gone viral today, a Ghanaian lady abroad captured herself while making certain comments about the President's speech at the meeting.
In the video, she expressed her disappointment in the President over his speech. She said that if the President knows what is going on but doesn't have solutions to fix them, then he can't be a leader.
She continued to say that he's responsible to regulate the way the people think. Therefore, the President has to think and put things in place, so that those who throw filth into drains will stop.
She also said no white man will make such statements. "You are a disgrace. You're not serious one bit".
See video below:
Was the President's speech about "fix the country" useless as the lady said?
Is the President leading Ghana to the promise land? Are the leaders in NPP involved in the President's inability to make proper decisions?
What do you think?
