NDC's Beatrice Annan Sparks "Fire" : I Am Terrified By This Issue

According to Beatrice Annan, an NDC communicator, the level of corruption in the country is appalling.

Lawyer Beatrice Annan also indicated that the corruption perception index of the country is worsening on each day.

She expressed the fact nothing is working in the country as the unemployment rate is appalling. She explained that she was surprised when Nana Addo referred to some Ghanaians as jobless. According to the Lawyer , Nana Addo was also 'once jobless' when he asked citizens to contribute GHS 1 to support the NPP.

She advised that Ghanaians should not pretend that there is no corruption in the country.

She explained that the issue of corruption should be discussed on a partisan lense and Nana Addo does not seem to have any clue on how to eradicate or fight corruption in the country.

On the issue of the recovery of GHS1.074million from Labianca , Lawyer Beatrice Annan confessed that she is terrified by the issue. When asked by the Journalist about why she is terrified, she made some technical statements.

According to Lawyer Beatrice, she is informed that the Company in question has acknowledged the unpaid import duties but she stated that the Council of State Member should have been relieved by now to help investigations continue.

The NDC communicator further explained that, Labianca is currently the biggest importer in the chicken import industry due to how the company benefits from these unpaid taxes. She explained that the level of corruption in the customs is not surprising and the Special Prosecutor would not have released the report if the investigations were not diligently done.

What are your thoughts on the ongoing discussion?

Do you believe that the Special Prosecutor has diligently carried out full investigations into Labianca Company? Does Lawyer Beatrice Annan have any reason to be terrified by the issue? Was Lawyer Beatrice Annan fair to the Member of the Council of State about the fact that the President should take immediate action to step her aside?
