In relation to the heated expressions from Ghanaians about the issue of the opening of LGBT+ office in Ghana, a popular man of God called Evangelist Owusu Takyi has called on the Christians in Ghana to organize massive demonstrations against the activities of the LGBT+ group in order to completely stop them in the country.

He stated this in an interview on a popular radio station in Kumasi, SUNSUM 98.7 fm when he was asked of his opinion on how to end the activities of this LGBT+ group as the laws of the land do not support LGBT+ operations. He said that, demonstrations will put the president under pressure to implement measures that will actually deter people from engaging themselves in these acts.

In Evangelist Owusu Takyi's view, the president pronouncing his opposition to their activities does not put off the LGBT+ group while they still operate in secret without any arrest.

As stated by Evangelist Owusu Takyi, moderator of "The Bible" program on SUNSUM FM, one major factor that influences the youth especially to engage themselves in this demonic act is money, although it also involves some spiritual aspects.

"Some Ghanaians see these people as "rich" and therefore persuaded or encouraged to join them, especially students in the various Senior High Schools" he added.

He finally advised the youth to be extra vigilant in order not to be part of them to involve in this unnatural act.
