UPPER DENKYIRA WEST RESIDENTS SHOW RESPECT AND PRAISE FOR HON. DANIEL OHENE DARKO.

As he embarked on his thank you tour of Upper Denkyira West, residents praised Hon. Daniel Ohene Darko for his three-and-a-half months of outstanding performance as a Member of Parliament and development agent.

Residents shared their joy and gratitude profusely for his passion, determination, and good start in improving their livelihoods, even though he was only in parliament for a short time, with so many possibilities written confidently on their faces.


The community of Pewodie was especially grateful to Hon. Lawyer Darko for promising them a borehole this year and donating to support the construction of a mosque for Muslim residents. His pledge to finish the 8-year-old abandoned CHPS Centre in Aburi in two months delighted the four serving community members and gave them hope.

Hon. Daniel Ohene Darko cut sod for the construction of a three-unit classroom block at Ntom for Ntom R/C School on his second day of the tour. He claims that during his campaign tour, he promised to build this classroom block.

Parents whose children have been accepted into what is now known as Lawyer's Graduates could not conceal their delight, as this is the constituency's first of its kind. The software, which has so far successfully enrolled about 60 students at St. Andrews Senior High School to write their Remedials at a cost of not less than GHç120,000.00 to the member of parliament.

Hon. Daniel Ohene Darko took advantage of the opportunity to inspect the ongoing construction of Adeade Junction - Adeade Cocoa Road.

He vowed to do everything he could to assist the contractor in completing the project on time. He donated Ghc1,000.00 each to three communities for their toilet projects, as well as 10 packets of roofing sheets and 10 bags of cement for Adeade Community Health Centre.
