If doing the demo will bring NDC back to power, then I am sorry: Reactions as a demonstrator speaks

Readers can recall how some civil society groups and political parties campaigned for the Arise Ghana demonstration to take effect on Tuesday,28th June 2022. It can also be recalled that the terms proposed by the leadership of the group were later varied after intense due procedures.

During the demonstration, Selorm Dzramedo was interviewed and he made some interesting revelations. According to Selorm, he is an organizer of the demonstration. He explained that they took the decision to demonstrate because there was too much joblessness in the country, particularly the fact that the youth were not provided with jobs. He stated that they would not go against the laws of the country. He further indicated that the group intends to achieve an economic situation where taxes would be reduced and the poor living standards would be curbed.
