Mr Bernard Guri, the Chief Overseer of Community for Native and Association Advancement (CIKOD), has repeated the requirement for government to permit ranchers work intimately with researchers to come out with guidelines to manage seed framework in Ghana.
He said however Parliament had passed the Plant Assortment Security Bill, government could demand allowing nearby ranchers the chance to work with researcher on privately delivered seed.
