Voices behind the scenes suggested the man in the military uniform holding the gun gave a warning shot at the filling station where this presidential official and his people found themselves at the man. Robert Tetteyfio Adjase's voice was the loudest at the scene in the video, proving he survived the gunshots at the scene together with the others. His worries were as to why the man in the military uniform gave the shot at their presence and at a fuel station as well.

Robert Tetteyfio speaking to the man in the military uniform at the background he said; "Why did you give the warning shot? why did you shoot, you know you don't have sense, you don't know why you are even using the gun at the filling station. Why do you have to shoot at the filling station".

Let us not forget that even drivers are advised to turn off their engines when they get to the filling station for fueling because the fuels they sell are highly inflammable. But this unknown man in the army uniform was able to even give a warning shot at a place like this.
