We wanted to capture Akuffo Addo and keep him in an uncompleted house – coup plotters tells in court

Staff Sergeant Awarf Kojo Sule of the Ghana Armed Forces Defence Intelligence Department told the High Court in Accra that, if they were able to capture President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, he would have been kept in an uncompleted building at Adenta.

He also told the court how he recruited military personnel to pretend to be interested in an alleged coup when he was contacted.

He told the court how he drew a map that was supposed to guide the alleged coup in his Evidence.

The witness stated that he had all of these meetings recorded, both audio and video, while being led to give evidence by the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mrs. Yvonne Atakora Obuobisa.

They all have not pleaded guilty to charges ranging from conspiracy of the court.
