Following the interview granted by Egyapa on Asempa FM he made some arguments saying that the total valid votes is 1200 which we all know that in fact it was the total votes that were casted. But on the face of the documents it appears to be 1000, which totally affects the outcome of the percentages. Ntiamoah told the court to use the 1200 figure in the calculation to determine the winner of the outcome. 1000 votes were casted. Out of the 1000 votes casted 550 is a fact without any doubt.

What corrections does he want the Court to make? If the election commission uses the 1200 in its calculation, the percentage margin doesn’t exceed 50% so the court should make an order for reelection.

Egyapa made these comments on Asempa FM saying “With the fact as I know it, its common sense a declaration constitute word of mouth. So I can make a conclusive statement base on the petition is dead. The election results relative to what CNN was saying wasn’t bad.”
