The National Organizer of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG), Yaw Asani Tanoh reveals that the members of his political party believe in Fundamental Human Rights and does not want anyone's right to be infringed so therefore, the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex (LGBTQI) bill that has been presented to parliament is useless in their sight.
Yaw Asani Tanoh used the platform of Neat 100.9 FM to give details of the benefits of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex (LGBTQI) bill to the members of his political party and according to him, no political parties in Ghana would like to infringe the rights of a person but at least the passage of the bill will reduce the act from escalating.
Yaw Asani Tanoh said with the help of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex (LGBTQI) bill when it is being passed, the victims will not get the guts to teach and demonstrate the act in public.
Also, it will prompt the Ghanaians to be careful of their colleagues who have already indulged in the act.
