Everyone has a good side and also a side that people can claim to be undesirable. Whenever people wish to classify an individual, they either focus on one of these sides, depending on the kind of classification they wish to put the person in.
The Honourable Parliamentarian for the North Tongu Constituency, Okudzeto Ablakwa has had his days of constant praise and glorification from Ghanaians. He is one that is classified by most Ghanaians as generous, kind, loving and full of empathy.
Today, certain Ghanaians are descending heavily on the member of parliament as he tries to unveil the luxurious transportation costs of the president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo. The once celebrated parliamentarian is now receiving massive backlashes of which he could do nothing about, but put his hands on his chins and watch.
However, he has promised not to stop what he has claimed to be his mandate and call in his recent post on his official facebook page.
Netizens have sought to unveil certain acts of the honourable parliamentarian to prove that he is not as clean as he might be presented to be in his recent tussle against the president on Ghana in relation to the use of private jets.
Ghanaians have tried to remind the parliamentarian of the fact that he has acquired his wealth through politics to the extent that he even forgets huge sums of money in his car. This incident came into the limelight in 2012 as exposed by Modern Ghana in one of their articles. This is a caption of the article in the image below.
Ghanaians, in response to the accusation of the parliamentarian has used this as an argument against his claim.
Another scenario that certain sections of Ghanaians term to use against him is what they have alleged as his excessive travels to complete his education, abroad.
One could say that if one wishes to expose the faults of others, he or she needs to have a clean background. Ablakwa might not have envisaged that these could be used against him.
Do you think that these situations must be used against Ablakwa in such a case?
