Even if the covid-19 is still alarming some people including public figures do not see it necessary for Ghanaians to take the vaccines so they will immunised against the virus. Most of these people are not out to speak the truth. They only want to interrupt the smooth process of the National exercise for their Political interest.
Just 3 days ago, the leader of the NDC obliged the president's directive to take part in the vaccination exercise. After Mahama took a jab of the vaccines, he encouraged all Ghanaians to take the vaccines because it is safe. He further advised Ghanaians to discard any negative thing about this medicine from the social Media. According to him, he did it publicly to show Ghanaians that what ever that circulates social media about this medicine should be disregarded while reiterating there is nothing sinister about the vaccines.
However, another strong member of the NDC has come out boldly to defend her decision of not taking part in the vaccination exercise. Mrs Hannah Bissiw who is a national exercutive has a different opinion to that her party's leader. According to Mrs Bissiw who is also a vertinary doctor and thus have a clue on the function of drugs, every vaccines should have indications on the side effects of the particular on the recipient, drug but unfortunately when she glanced through the inscriptions on the bottle, she saw nothing of that sort hence can risk her own life.
Though she said her opinion is not based on Political lines, her point still remains unclear since she didn't advise their leader not to take part in the exercise.
