Go to court and prove your evidence - Napo to Minority

The Member of Parliament for Manhyia South Constituency, Honourable Matthew Opoku Prempeh who doubles as the Minister of Energy has just had his say about the ongoing 'brouhaha' in Parliament concerning Adwoa Safo.

According to the minister of Energy, the minority should go to court and prove their evidence rather than making several allegations.

The minority members in Parliament has raised an allegation to the fact that, Honorable Adwoa Safo was not in Parliament on 30th November, 2021. She was represented by an imposter. This has caused several controversies in parliament and also in the country.

Despite Adwoa Safo clarifying in Parliament on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 on the floor of Parliament that she was the one in the chamber on Tuesday, and that she wasn’t impersonated by anyone as suggested, the NDC minority says that claim is full of inconsistencies

The minority in Parliament however is not giving up anytime soon on the matter of whether Dome Kwabenya MP, Sarah Adwoa Safo, was physically present in parliament on Tuesday November 30, 2021 or not.

The ministry of Energy has rubbished their claims and has urged them to go to court to prove their point with evidence.

He made this statement on Peace FM morning show. According to Mathew Opoku Prempeh, the minority should go to court rather than making noise all over the country.
