Politics is an interesting activity that has gained either the interest or the displeasure of citizens in all parts of the country. We have people who genuinely have interest in politics despite the fact that they do not derive any benefit from it. On the other hand, most politicians have a different mindset for their interest in politics; personal benefits.
Today is the birthday of Zanetor Agyemang Rawlings. She is the daughter of the late premier President of the fourth republic of Ghana, Jerry Rawlings. Following the footsteps of his great dad, she took it upon herself to enter the politics business. She is currently the Member of Parliament for the Klottey Korle constituency.
As she celebrates her birthday today, Ghanaians are massively celebrating her and flooding her Facebook comment box with more wishes. In the process of wishing her on this day, some indirectly made a prediction by stating that she will become the first future female President of Ghana.
One Facebook User by name, Isaac Newton Kumah angrily reacted to this trend. He declared loud and clear that based on what our current president is doing to Ghanaians, no one will ever vote for a former politicians son or daughter to ever become a president. See the post.
