Akufo Addo has appointed deputy Youth and Sports Minister from Ahafo

His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo has appointed Hon. Evans Opoku Bobie as the deputy minister designate for Youth and Sports.

Honorable Evans Opoku Bobie is the Member of Parliament for Asunafo North in the Ahafo Region of Ghana.

His appointment was made public on Wednesday April 21, 2021.

The Position was being managed by Hon. Pr

Pius Enam Hadzide before he was replaced by Hon. Perry Okudzeto who was then the deputy minister of information under the first term of Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo.

Former Deputy Minister of Sports, Pius Enam Hadzide, was also moved to the Ministry of Information as a deputy minister.

Hon. Evans Opoku Bobie had his Secondary Education at Goaso Secondary School and then to the University of Ghana for His Diploma.

The 46 year old law maker is a Banker by Profession and has 4 children.
