More often than not we hear people making this statement "you are young and hence inexperienced". Age doesn't always matter because it's just a number, and this beautiful youngest Malawian damsel member of Parliament proves that notion ( born in 1997). She assumed office as a member of Parliament in 2019 at the age of 22 under the Dr Peter Mutharika Administration.
She is now 24 still serving and representing the People of Machinga South East Constituency under the new administration of Dr Lazarus Chakwera till 2025.
We just need young and fresh blood in African parliaments and governments. Infact she an inspiration and an empowerment to other young girls of her age or even much younger than her. With her new found work she will be the voice of the voiceless and help fight for women equality.
Africa is very proud of this young damsel. She is one of the youngest law makers in Africa, keep soaring for the sky is the limit.
