The former deputy minister of trade and industry and the incumbent member of Parliament for Tema West, Hon. Carlos Ahenkorah is at the verge of loosing his candidacy as group and some individuals appeal to the President and the party national executives to revoke Hon. Carlos Ahenkorah candidacy.
Group like Occupy Ghana has appeal to the President and the party National Executives to revoke Hon. Carlos Ahenkora of his candidacy. The group in their press released said, the Carlos Ahenkora act contrary to the set up protocols for Covid-19 positive patients.
The first protocol set up for person's tested positive is to isolate yourself from the mass either in your house or isolation center. Hon. Carlos Ahenkorah breach this very protocol and went ahead to visit some registration centers in his Constituency, Tema West.
Some individuals are also appealing he should be prosecuted and punish for his action. Some say his act is evil, disrespect to the President directive, and he deserves to be deal with.
The Honourable member could have infected others with the virus, since he interact with his campaign team members and other people. Fear mood activated in Tema West as people who interact with him during his visit to registration centers are now shaking for fear of being infected.
He is now under house arrest.
