For some time now, social media users have been discussing about the decision of the government to acquire a new presidential jet for president travels. The reason some communicators of the ruling government gave is that they need a new presidential jet which is spacious and bigger than the old one.
Earlier today, one communicator for the NPP, Adomako Baafi on Kessben TV morning show which is dubbed "Maakye" explained the need for the government securing a new presidential jet. According to him, the old presidential jet called the Falcon has been declared not fit for long distance travels that's why the government want to secure a new one. He further explained that, the plane when acquired will not only be used by President Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo but every president who will come after him will use it.
Adomako Baafi further added that there has been instances where Former President John Mahama's wife hired a plane to watch a football match but the NPP during that time did not whine and cry over it. He added that Akuffo-Addo is doing same but this time for business and the NDC is crying blood over it.
