Good thing about The West; He is worthy of emulation -Reactions to resignation of Boris Johnson

On Thursday, 7th July 2022, the UK Prime Minister delivered his resignation speech and there have been questions about who becomes the next conservative leader and Prime Minister.

His resignation has been described by many to be an end to the rancorous dispute bedeviling the political situation in the UK. In his address, he thanked his wife, children, and the British Public for the immense privilege to have held the 'best job in the world'.

Many Ghanaians have reacted to the news of the Prime Minister's resignation as some have passed interesting remarks.

Some social media users have applauded the leader for taking such a critical decision. Other social media commentators have also acknowledged that he had no choice but to resign in a situation where more than fifty members of his political party have resigned and 25 cabinet ministers were also long exited. In fact, others have described his leadership as deserving to be emulated by African leaders.
