Speaking on The Key Points show on TV3 this morning, Dr. Jonah revealed that if all the minsters in the country gets a perfect score in their ministries, then it shows that something is wrong. He added that a teacher in a class should not always expect all students to get an excellent score in an exam. He clearly stated that there is a big problem in the country if all the ministers are tagged to be outstanding.
"In our present situation, there is a research department at the presidency. So should it happen that every minister is scoring A, then it is hard to believe. If I am a teacher and everybody in the class is scoring Excellent marks, there is problem. So research available to him should enable him do the balancing of his appointees. There is a problem if everybody is scoring A" he said.
According to him, the statement which was made by the president that his ministers have been outstanding is very hard for him to believe. He believes that there are some ministers who have performed below expectations and must be changed.
