Peter Boamah Otokunor took to his Facebook to post pictures of himself and some small congregation in the National Democratic Congress colours and as a caption he wrote; "Day 2 of my working visit to the Bono East Region. Its been reassuring and energising". This indicate a well received reception on the side of the deputy general secretary and a hopeful work being done towards the next election.
Some viewers reacted to the post positively, even though some made fun of it some were hailing him as well calling him all sort of names. Facebook user with username Dees Nyaaba commented; "Our incoming general secretary ...". Dees Nyaaba thinks Peter Boamah Otokunor is the ideal man to take over the general secretary post should need be for the good works he is doing.
