Whose Duty Is To Fix Ghana: Prez. Addo Is Not The Creator Of Problems Facing Ghana Today

For some time now, Ghanaians have been making several calls on the government especially the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo to solve problems facing the country.

Some problems of these problems according to concerned citizens include unemployment, poor road network, poor healthcare delivery system among others. There was a counter response from a section of Ghanaians who also called for citizens to also fix themselves (attitude and character).

In the wake of all the campaigns from both sides, Media General organized a forum on "Whose Duty Is To Fix Ghana?". The Chief Executive Officer of The John Agyekum Kuffour Foundation, Prof. Baffour Agyemang-Duah who was in attendance at the event also expressed his views on the issue at stake. Prof. Agyemang-Duah said that the problems that exists in the country today were not recently created. He elaborated this by saying that the problems facing the country is not a creation of the President's Akuffo-Addo-led administration. He said the situation we are witnessing today began a long time ago and has encompassed all leaderships and governments of the country.

He added that the problems facing the country Ghana would persist until radical measures are taken to rid the nation of these problems.
