The president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo has been given a though decision to make by some Ghanaian's and that is to close down schools. This is as a result of covid-19 outbreak, which we all are praying that it doesn't come close to our door steps. Unfortunately some Ghanaian's were not lucky so became a victim of the pandemic, and the battle for their live is now in their hands so as God's hands. Most Ghanaian's are shouting for a closed down of schools as a result of the recent uproar in covid-19 cases.
But it seems that the President is not adapting to the claims of Ghanaian's, because those claims would cost the country dearly. Ghanaian's can not bare another lockdown, because the first wave of covid-19 made a lot of damage to our economy. Jobs were destroyed so as lives were taken by the pandemic. Most Ghanaian's placed their trust in the food government was sharing, but that food wouldn't be enough for a family as well. Just the beginning of this year the country has spent over Ghc4 billion on the economy so as covid-19. The country may go to a serious economic crisis which we may never recover from, if schools are closed so as a lockdown is ordered. The president's plan to save Ghanaian's is the best and that is by distributing to as the covid-19 vaccines, these vaccines would help curb the pandemic.
