Parliament Will Pass The Anti-LGBTQI Bill But... - Prophet Nigel Gaisie Reveals

As Parliament prepares to enact an anti-LGBTQI+ bill that would ban same-sex conduct in Ghana, Nigel Gaisie, a controversial soothsaying preacher, has warned Ghanaians to expect more surprises.

He expected that the bill's passage in Parliament will bring additional surprises.

The Founder and Leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel made this disclosure on Accra-based TV3.

Despite tremendous opposition, he believes Parliament will surely pass the anti-LGBTQI+ legislation.

Despite the negative press, he remains optimistic that the bill will be passed by March 2022.

He swiftly added that the bill will be passed by Parliament, as expected by the Christian leadership, but that three prominent figures in the country will file a human rights complaint with the Supreme Court.

On the basis of human rights, he believes the Supreme Court will invalidate the Legislature's decision.

"Our society and beliefs abhor LGBQI+ activity," he said, urging Christians to remain praying during these trying times.
